RETAILERS
Retailers, if you are a retailer and want to carry our products in your store, please send your information and request for a wholesale catalogue to sales@rayhooperdesign.com. Tax Identification number must be provided with all retail orders. No exceptions. All orders will be subject to verification. Minimum order $100.00. Reorders $50.00. Free shipping for orders over $500.00. No Refunds. Product exchange only. Credit cards only. No checks. No C.O.D. Any changes or cancellations must be sent to sales@rayhooperdesign.com within 24 hours of order submission. All major credit cards are accepted. Card will be charged 50% at time of order. Balance plus shipping and handling fees to be charged day of shipment. Standard orders ship within two weeks. Trade show orders allow two to four weeks. All shipping damage claims must be filed directly with the carrier. Our main shipping partner is UPS.
